Digital innovation is reshaping economies, societies, and governance structures across the globe. In Africa, this transformation presents both unique opportunities and complex challenges. The Journal of Information Systems and Computer Science (JISCS) is currently inviting high-quality, original research that advances theoretical, empirical, and practical understanding of digital innovation in African contexts, while contributing to global discourses in Information Systems and Computer Science. We welcome submissions that explore how digital technologies are being designed, adopted, and adapted to address local needs, bridge digital divides, and foster inclusive development. Papers should demonstrate methodological rigor, theoretical relevance, and practical significance, with potential implications for policy, industry, and academia.

Submission Guidelines

●      Manuscript Format: Microsoft Word

●      Structured Abstract: Max 250 words (Purpose, Methodology, Findings, Implications, Originality)

●      Length:

o   Research Articles: 8–12 pages

o   Short Communications: 4–6 pages

●      Referencing Style:

o   APA 7th Edition (Information Systems Track)

o   IEEE Numeric Style (Computer Science Track)

o   All references must include DOIs or URLs where available

●      Review Process: Double-blind peer review

●      Similarity Index: ≤ 20%

●      Generative AI Index: 0% (No AI-generated content permitted)
